The air shower room is a necessary passage for people to enter the clean room. It can reduce the pollution problems caused by entering and exiting the clean room, and reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by the entry and exit of people and goods. 1. When entering the clean room, you should take off your outer clothes in the outer dressing room, and remove your watches, mobile phones, accessories and other items.

2. When entering the inner dressing room, wear clean clothes, hats, masks and gloves.

• Pre-filter: The pre-filter is located below the device. Please remove the circulating air return port to easily pull out the pre-filter. The blockage of the pre-filter varies depending on the frequency of use and cleanliness. Please observe the blockage time in the initial use, and then clean it regularly by compressed air, water washing, vacuum cleaning, etc. It is necessary to clean it 2 to 3 times a month according to normal use.

• Main filter: This filter is located after the AIR NOZZLE. Its renewal period can be determined by the wind speed value detected by the anemometer (the wind value is halved) or the pressure difference measured by the pressure difference meter (the pressure difference value is doubled). The inspection cycle is about two to four times a year.

• Because the internal circulation return air part of the equipment is located below the machine, there will be large pollutants accumulated in the corners on the bottom plate, so please clean it with a vacuum cleaner at least once a week. Please confirm whether the rotation direction of the blower is correct. If the fan is found to be rotating in the opposite direction (wind speed is obviously insufficient), please swap any two phases of the three-phase power supply to ensure that it rotates in the positive direction.

• When the air shower room is used for a period of time, if the wind speed is very low, you should immediately check whether the filter of the air shower room has too much dust, and replace it with a new filter. It is usually necessary to replace it once every 1-6 months, and the high-efficiency filter is usually replaced once every 6-12 months.

• If the air shower room cannot automatically sense the shower, check the light sensing system in the lower right corner of the box in the air shower room to see if the light sensing device is correctly installed.

• If the emergency stop button is red, it means that the air shower room will not blow. You only need to press the emergency stop button again to work normally.

• When the air shower room does not work, first check whether the emergency switch of the outer box of the disadvantageous shower door is blocked. If it is blocked, press it lightly with your hand, turn it to the right and let it go.

• If the air shower room fan is reversed or the wind speed of the air shower room is very low, it is necessary to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line is connected in reverse. If the line source of the air shower room is reversed, the air shower room fan will not work or the wind speed of the reverse air shower room will decrease, and the circuit board of the entire air shower room will be burned in severe cases.
